What we do with your information

Short version: we use what you give us to build your plan, and nothing else. We do not sell your data. Nobody else sees it unless you ask to be connected to a provider.

What this page collects

Nothing. This page holds no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies. Typing your address here does not send it anywhere until you submit the form, which takes you to the Vatra app.

What the app collects when you continue

• The address you enter, so the plan is about your house.
• Your email, so your plan can be sent to you.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
• Your answers about the home — bill, heating fuel, roof, and what equipment you already own.

Who else sees it

To look your home up, the address goes to the US Census geocoder and its coordinates go to NREL’s PVWatts service. Both are US government services, and neither receives your email or phone number.

Beyond that: nobody, unless you click to request quotes. If you do, your details go only to the providers you pick from your own report. Providers pay a standard fee, and that fee never affects how your plan is ranked.

Utility programs

Where your plan mentions a program run by your electricity utility, enrollment is between you and that utility directly. Vatra is not a party to it, takes no fee or referral, and earns nothing whether or not you sign up.

Keeping or deleting it

Your report link keeps working so you can come back to it. Ask us and we will delete everything we hold about you — write to hello@vatraenergy.org and say so.

Estimates, not guarantees

Every figure in a Vatra plan shows its data source and its assumptions. Anything that cannot be computed honestly is marked unknown rather than filled in. None of it is tax, legal or investment advice.
